    Starting in July 2025 when Workday goes live, University Staff Exempt employees will no longer report time worked using timesheets, but they will report their time off in Workday. Since they are exempt (from overtime pay), they will still be paid their current base pay rate biweekly. See full article.

    Beginning July 7, Remote Work Agreements will be known as Flexible Work Arrangements in Workday. Employees will submit their Flexible Work Arrangement requests through this new system. Supervisors, HR professionals, and other necessary approvers will approve employees’ requests through Workday as well. See full article.
