    Outages

    • Users of the SOAR Advising Module will experience a brief outage of around 5 minutes as updates are applied and the web engine recycled.
    • Calabrio will be conducting monthly maintenance on the university's cloud hosted call recording systems. Calabrio web services will be unavailable for the duration of this maintenance. Calls will still be recorded and cached on local data servers. Calls recorded during this time will be uploaded to the cloud once the maintenance has been completed
    • Updates will be made to a number of databases, this will will cause a brief outage for the databases at the end of the work. Production environments are not affected.     • License renewals means that systems will continue to be monitored and send alerts, but UI access will be degraded during the updates.
