Calabrio will be conducting its monthly maintenance on the university's cloud-hosted call system. Web Services will be unavailable during the duration of the maintenance. Calls will still be recorded and cached on local data servers. Calls recorded during this time will be uploaded to the cloud once the maintenance has been completed.

We will be upgrading the network switch code for buildings connected to the Research Park area of campus. There will be a 20 minute network outage for all hosts at some point during the maintenance window.  This includes campus wireless and BAN.
