The following services will be unavailable while maintenance is performed: InfoAccess, Smart Access, PSaaS-UWLAC, PeopleSoft as a Service (PSaaS), PSaaS-UWMIL, PSaaS-UWSTO, PSaaS-UWGBY, PSaaS-UWRVF, PSaaS-UWSUP, PSaaS-UWWTW, PSaaS-UWSTP, PSaaS-UWEAU, PSaaS-UWPLT, Web Hosting, AANTS, PSaaS-UWPRK

The vendor will be performing quarterly maintenance. Access will be impacted during the work.

This update will restart the finesse web service and disrupt access to the Cisco Unity Web Inbox (visual voicemail). All other services relating to Voicemail will be unaffected. Cisco Unity Web Inbox (visual voicemail) will be unavailable for the duration of the change.

Work being done means several websites are impacted.

**Outage Description** Technologists will be upgrading network equipment at the Kohl Center. **Impact to Users** Users may experience a brief network connectivity outage during this time.
