The Integration Platform (IDMC Test Environment) service will be unavailable while maintenance is performed.

The VoIP – Voice over IP service will be unavailable while maintenance is performed. Cisco desk phones will be receiving a firmware update. During this update, phones will reboot a couple times in a 2-4 minute window. Computers daisy chained with these phones will remain connected to the network during this process.

The WiscWeb service may be briefly unavailable while maintenance is performed. This update impacts the following websites: WiscWeb: https://kb.wisc.edu/wiscweb/113730 (only UW Theme 2.0 sites) If any issues arise, please direct users to help@doit.wisc.edu.
