**Outage Description** There will be work performed by contractors at ERB that will require a shutdown of chilled water to the building.

The following services will be unavailable while maintenance is performed: SOAR Advising Module (SAM), Preparing for SOAR,

The Endpoint Management- BigFix service will be unavailable while maintenance is performed.

The WiscIT service will be unavailable while maintenance is performed.

The WiscWeb service will be undergoing maintenance at this time. This could result in a 1-3 min outage.
