Database migration means an outage for the service, the customer is aware and approves this time.

**Update 8:13 AM** This outage has been resolved. **Outage Description** Cherwell client is down and not loading. Technologists are investigating. **Impact to Users** Cherwell client not accessible. **Workarounds** There are no known workarounds at this time. **Estimated time to resolution or next update** This outage will be updated as we receive new information.
