IT professionals in CALS and across campus are encouraged to attend the upcoming UW–Madison IT Professionals Conference, an event created by IT professionals for IT professionals, which will take place June 2–3, 2022. There will be a wide variety of pre-recorded sessions as well as live interactive sessions, with the majority of the content developed and presented by campus IT colleagues. Please register in advance for this special event.
The keynote speaker this year is Klara Jelinkova, who will kick things off with a discussion on the topic: “Using our voice to create inclusive and accessible technology designs and services” This is a great opportunity to hear about how IT professionals on campus can build a stronger community of engagement, inclusion, and diversity.
In addition to the presentations, workshops, and live Q&A sessions, this event is also an opportunity to celebrate our amazing UW IT Community with the 3rd Annual IT Recognition Awards on Friday, June 3rd, which will be followed by a Virtual Happy Hour.
