The State of Wisconsin and its agencies have recently been impacted by terminated contract negotiations between UPS and a national state government consortium. As such, the small package/parcel shipping services will temporarily increase to standard commercial rates until a new contract authority is obtained. Once a new contract is in place, we expect to see shipping rates return to more favorable and discounted levels, though inflationary increases driven by market disruption can be expected.
